Providing as full a service as is appropriate to your needs Rise and Shine seek to provide consistently high quality window cleaning services for office, commercial premises, full package construction cleaning and facilities management support.
Quality
Setting the highest standards in window cleaning, we understand that this is important to our clients who want to give their customers a good and lasting impression as well as provide a pleasant working environment for their staff.
All contracts are overseen by a non-cleaning supervisor to ensure that the customer is never less than satisfied and the highest possible standards of window cleaning are maintained at all times. Inspections are documented and available to the client.
Health and safety
Even using pure water fed pole systems for window cleaning Rise and Shine have a health and safety policy in keeping with its liabilities when working in public and commercial areas.
However, we are aware of the need to provide tailored health and safety methods and risk assessments to meet with specific facilities management criteria and have the flexibility to work closely with clients to achieve this.
Investors in people
Rise and Shine is recognised as Investors in People and is subject to regular reviews by external assessors. Investors in People set the national Standard of good practice for training and development of employees.
