Terms and Condition of Business

  1. Acceptance of our estimate can be made verbally, in writing or by means of a purchase order, whereupon a time to commence the service provision will be agreed between the two parties
  2. Once the services interval (such as one clean month) has been agreed both parties will adhere to it until such time as both parties agree to amend the services interval agreement
  3. Either party upon thirty days written notice to the other party can terminate the agreement
  4. Before cleaning, the subscribers will arrange for easy access to the specified work in order to prevent delay. The subscriber will ensure that all the windows are closed and ready for cleaning (Rise and Shine Services Limited will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from any windows left open or any windows inadvertently coming open during the cleaning process)
  5. During inclement weather, Rise and Shine Services Limited reserve the right to determine if the services should take place. Prevention of cleaning by the subscribers, their servants or agents, shall be considered as performance by Rise and Shine Services Limited and the sum due for the current period shall be paid as compensation for the time lost and not by way of penalty
  6. If the subscriber does not reject the standard of the service within twelve hours the standard of the service shall be deemed acceptable
  7. Rise and Shine Services Limited is fully insured for its legal liability against accidents which may happen to its employees arising out of work here by contracted for and for third party risk
  8. Rise and Shine Services Limited shall not be liable for any claim not made in writing within twenty four hours after the liability shall arise
  9. Rise and Shine Services Limited shall no be liable for damaged, however caused, to electrical fittings or bulbs, sash lines, burglar or fire alarms, fittings or glass already damaged or for damage arising from faulty construction or conditions of the premises, or to articles not usually on the business premises, unless Rise and Shine Services Limited expressly agrees to accept such liability in writing, upon terms to be agreed between the parties (Rise and Shine Services Limited reserve the right to make good any damage in lieu of making payment in respect thereof)
  10. Payment of the services will be prompt and payment terms (due on receipt for residential clients) will be offered in the estimate
